The company LUGplast d.o.o., located at Lug 55/d, 47201 Draganić, has been engaged in the management of non-hazardous waste since 2015. We specialize in the disposal of non-hazardous waste in an efficient, environmentally conscious, and sustainable manner. We possess modern facilities and infrastructure that enable the efficient disposal of various types of non-hazardous waste. Our facilities are equipped with the latest technology to ensure safe, environmentally friendly, and regulatory compliant waste treatment. We provide a wide range of services in the field of non-hazardous waste management, including collection, transportation, sorting, recycling, and safe disposal of waste according to the highest industry standards. Our management and people in leadership positions are experts in waste management with years of experience. The company employs over 60 workers and processes over 1500 tons of mixed plastic waste monthly. In addition to industrial waste and all other waste types, we collect and process over 2000 tons of waste monthly. We have waste management permits issued by the Administrative Department for Spatial Planning, Construction, and Environmental Protection of Karlovac County. The efficacy of our processing
SEPARATELY COLLECTED PLASTIC
The company LUGplast d.o.o. offers disposal of separately collected plastic from households. Such plastic is sorted by types, with some being baled and handed over to authorized collectors abroad, while the rest is processed at the plastic materials processing facility.
PAPER AND CARDBOARD WASTE
Separately collected paper and cardboard are types of waste with a very high recycling rate. The company LUGplast d.o.o. sorts paper and cardboard waste and returns it to recycling, thus preventing the need for tree cutting in the production process.
SCRAP METALS
The company LUGplast d.o.o. separates all types of metals during the sorting process, thereby preventing potential contamination of plastics and other materials. Scrap metal is separated by types and handed over to authorized collectors in Croatia and abroad.
BIODEGRADABLE WASTE
Biodegradable waste constitutes over 30% of the composition of mixed municipal waste and poses a significant challenge in waste management. The company LUGplast d.o.o. collects biodegradable waste and delivers it to authorized collectors who recycle it and produce biogas.
